We reviewed our entire operation and put in place a sustainable business framework to reduce our environmental impact. We're certified carbon neutral through our partnership with PlannetZero, and in 2023 we became a certified B Corporation.

Sunshine in the north-west
It's not known for sunny weather, but our solar panels generated 57% of our head office's power — helping charge our fleet and colleagues' EVs too.
A tree for every customer
For every customer who finances with Unity Auto Finance, we plant a native tree in degraded woodland in the Scottish Caledonian Forest.
Diesel out, electric in
We started moving away from diesel in 2016 and completed the switch to a 100% electric corporate fleet in 2023.

In 2021 we created our “Remember, it's bigger than this” fund — colleague and company donations shared with local and national charities, including once-in-a-lifetime trips for unwell children.

- Foodbanks — every member of our nationwide sales team delivers £100 of groceries a month to their local foodbank
- Smartworks — our team donate clothes to help unemployed women interview with confidence
- Bangers for BEN — our yearly rally raising funds for the automotive charity BEN
